Geocache Description:

BE WARNED: The lower decks of this old Hospital served as a mortuary... there have been many reports of very strange things goings on with unexplained occurrences that even Scully would falter in resolving... To find this one, youll need the strength of an ox, the prowess of a red light worker and the mental stamina of a tahitian monk.

(Youll be looking for a small plastic container. If you are skilled enough to find it, please SIGN the log - yes, with a PEN, or your own blood, or that from a passing zombie - and return the cache to the EXACT same spot you found it, to ensure it stays hidden from view)

Forget about the muggles and take more heed of the prying eyes of the evil zombie nightwatchmen who is ALWAYS watching over his domain and is (supposedly) renowned for making a meal out of the lost and frail souls that get trapped down in the subterranean caverns of his liar.

Ropes, ladders, antistatic rubbersoled boots, headgear, torches, overalls and waterproofs... all these things might aid in your mission, but if you really want to excel, the likes of Paranormal EMF Meters, Full Spectrum Cams, EVP Recorders, TriField Meter, Laser Grids and Infrared night-vision Scopes would ultimately be to your benefit. Without all of this equipment, you MIGHT succeed, but if you lose a life or limb whilst trying without the use of them, its all at your OWN PERIL!

The West London Hospital began in 1856 as the Fulham and Hammersmith General Dispensary, which was housed in a small 6-roomed building in Queen Street. Increasing demand led to the leasing of larger premises - Elm Tree House in Hammersmith Road - in 1860, which became the West of London Hospital and Dispensary. The Hospital began to admit in-patients, mainly victims of industrial accidents. In 1863 it was renamed the West London Hospital. Elm Tree House was purchased in 1868 and the building was enlarged. New wings were added in 1871, 1883 and 1898. The Hospital ceased to be a District General Hospital in the early 1970s when its accident and emergency department closed, the service moving to the new Charing Cross Hospital in Fulham Palace Road. It has since been utilised in a commercial and business capacity.

(Youll be looking for a small plastic container (only big enough for a logbook). If you are skilled enough to find it, please SIGN the log - yes, with a PEN, or your own blood, or that from a passing zombie - and return the cache to the exact spot you found it, to ensure it stays hidden. Due to the sheer difficulty of this find, cheaters logs will be deleted).

GOOD LUCK AND MAY THE GODS BE WITH YOU!

Congratulations to Hibou! for being FTF.
