felt the need to place a cache after my CVARC meeting tonight so here it is. this in a relatively new place and quite an upgrade from the dump that used to occupy this square. I suppose this in next in the line of my quasi urban regeneration sequence. this place is now a beacon in the night.
just like the rest. congrats to cc8c4 for chasing down this wild goose ftf while I was out hiding more caches. sorry to those who were misled by my mixup.
