Pumpkin Cake
Beat together until fluffy:
1 Cup Oil
3 Extra large Eggs
90 Teaspoons Canned Pumpkin
8 Ounces Sugar
Stir together:
4 Teaspoons Cinnamon
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
5 Pinches each of Baking Soda and Salt
29 Tablespoons of Flour
Add first mixture to the second mix and stir together. Spread in a cake pan and bake. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
