Short hike 0.3m from parking lot on flat easy terrain.
I placed 7 caches in the Ormond Beach area. It's just another way
to stay cool in the hot weather and still cache. Please follow the
signs and don't encroach on the nesting places of the Snowy Plover.
Cache is filled with swag that my kids brought back from
visiting my mom. If you see something you like please take it.
Directions: Go down Hueneme Rd until you hit Arnold Road and
then turn toward beach. Turn right if you are coming from Highway
1. Turn left if you are coming from Oxnard/Hueneme. Parking at N34
07.425 W119 09.325.

TFTC I almost walked by this ,I was watching 2 guys counting the old tires laying around so I asked them they said they were going to do some rehab on the area.

Took the trail from Cache #4 and arrived easily at #5. After looking in a few spots, I found the cache and enjoyed the view of the canal. TFTC

Had the littlest one with me today after work, so I couldn't do a thorough search. Nothing stuck out as an obvious hiding place, so I was forced to move down the trail. Will be back for this another day.
