This cache is located on the Rogue River right at Rainie Falls, a short drive from Merlin. The relatively flat trail will take you on an easy two mile hike to the falls, which is more of a drop in the river than an actual water fall. GPS reception is bad under the trees, so the coordinates are for the falls. Again, due to trees the coordinates are probably off quite a bit, but the falls are easy to find.
To find the cache, stand on the rocks overlooking the falls and turn around. The cache is up the hill a hundred feet or so. There is a faint trail leading up to the cache. There is a container/logbook about halfway up (under the big tree) - This is NOT the geocache. You are looking for an AMMO CAN. Check spoiler for more details.
