Geocache Description:

Behind Dark Bars

City Science-fiction Puzzle

You might be aware of what has happened to me before when I followed the Man in Dark...

As always, I was riding in the Metro this time line 2 in the direction Porte de Halle. The metro was half full with the usual people around that time of the day - no people in dark suits - which would have made me anxious.
Then in Arts-Loi a crowd of people enters the wagon.
And guess what - they were wearing dark suits and black sunglasses.
I knew what that I was in troubles. The "voice" at Black 1 had already told me that something would happen to me soon and now there I was: the sole human being surrounded by aliens in a metro tunnel.
No way to escape.

The reports from the aliens at Bright Stars in Dark Space had indicated that the aliens were upset with me, but friendly Geocachers had calmed them down and had ensured them that I was completely harmless.
Obviously and despite these laudable efforts, the aliens had come to another conclusion ...

So I found myself surrounded by smiling aliens, wearing or putting on their dark sunglasses, pointing their PDAs at me and talking again about Entire Cosmos Regulations I had no idea about.
And obviously they flashed me again with their PDAs.

I woke up in some kind of strange place. There was darkness around me. I could not feel any walls, but I could not move far either. It seemed to me as if I was detained in some kind of prison. Later I was able to discover a strange bar structure surrounding me. This was made of different shades of dark matter forming some kind of grid.

Now, I give everything for a view of a piece of blue sky with yellow stars ...

After some time I got accustomed to living in this dark place and started to interact with the aliens.
It seems that my curious nature and the fact that I had poked my nose into things I better should not have, had triggered their attention.
They had collected me to study my behaviour and to find out how I was able to survive so long without breaking my neck in endeavours like Geocaching.
So I explained (again - as others have done so nicely before) what was Geocaching about and why we have fun in solving (strange - like this one) puzzles, walking in the night in unknown woods, climbing on bridges, into caves, etc.
They found this fascinating and very strange, but nevertheless interesting too.

So it came that the following deal was made:

I would think about and prepare a puzzle that they could not solve, but that any Geocacher would be able to decipher without problems.
The objective of the puzzle is to lead a Geocacher to me (i.e. the place I am kept by the aliens).

Certainly the aliens have scrutinized the puzzle to make sure that only the worthy ones would be able to discover the place.
They were absolutely sure that this was impossible for a human, as they - with all their technology - were not able to solve this puzzle.
So they made the deal to go even further:

If a friendly Geocacher is able to get to me - they would release me and send me back to Earth.

So here is the puzzle that you have to solve:

Galactic Map

Just follow the path (dotted line) from Earth via the various stages through the universe.
You may want to verify your map reading skills here before starting your intergalactic rescue journey.

This map leads you to an organisation very relevant to my case (they also work intergalactic). With their help you will be able to set me free again.

SO PLEASE WHEN YOU FIND THE MAP AND READ THESE LINES
PLEASE PLEASE COME AND RESCUE ME!

Some practical remarks:
Please bring your own pen - aliens are obviously far beyond using pens;
As aliens fully command nano-technologies a pair of tweezers will come very handy to extract the log foil.
