November 13 by maui&mountainlife (1119 found) Grabbed this cache as we headed home from Reno, after visiting friends, geocaching, gambling and eating. Wow, we had a great time. TFTGF.
[view this log] | October 30 by BarrettFam (65 found) Nice place to stop on our way home to Fernley after visiting the Sierra Safari Zoo outside of Reno. Nice way to wrap up the day out. Thanks![This entry was edited for typos by BarrettFam on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 8:58:42 PM.] [This entry was edited by BarrettFam on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 8:59:41 PM.]
[view this log] | August 27 by CrazyjO (134 found) quick and easy. I had hit the other two near here a few weeks, but ran out of time for this one. had to come back. clearance isn't that big a deal, my Legacy got me very close. left a snake and an Al Bundy for President pen, took nothing. TFTC
[view this log] | July 27 by PhantomWSO (5390 found) I did some caches while driving home to Las Vegas today after visiting family in Reno. TFTC.
[view this log] | June 1 by 5francs (204 found) Neat area. Once when I was here 3 or 4 turkeys(the feathered variety) flew across the river. UNR had planted some here years ago. Just downriver a bit is a stone culvert built by the Chinese during CP construction. Made of granite from Roseville, CA. Really worth seeing.
