Geocache Description:

This is a 2 stage multi waypoint projection cache. You are looking for a clear Lock-n-Lock container at stage 2. You should be able to follow a gravel trail for all but the last 160' to the cache. Only light bushwhacking required. Suggested parking coordinates are N41 49.091 W88 06.565. To get from the parking lot to the trail go to the following waypoint N41 48.942 W88 06.631 (less bushwhacking). Closer parking but not legal so not recommended.

The cache is located on a conditioning course formerly owned by Lucent Technologies.

The posted coordinates will bring you to an exercise station. Stand next to the apparatus and read the sign to get the information you need to project your waypoint.

If you don't know what the terminology means read further in the description then come back here to solve.

Bearing = (7.6 x the number of repetitions to be completed by a stage 2 Athlete) degrees.

Distance = (138 x the station number) feet.

A compass has 360 degrees.
True North is always 0 degrees
Heading is the way your nose is pointing or the way you are moving
Bearing is the direction in degrees from true north where you want to go.
1 mile = 5280 feet.
S/G stands for Sight-n-Go (Garminesque terminology)

Example - if you are walking due east, your heading is 90 degrees

Example - if the point you want to go to is due south from where you are standing the bearing is 180 degrees

So if you are standing in a spot and you know what the bearing is in degrees from Zero (true North) and how far to walk (in this case it is measured in feet) that is a projected waypoint.
