Geocache Description:

At South Shore Park, in The Woodlands

On old time marine charts, they would record what they knew, and on the edges of the known world, they would write "beyond here, lay dragons".

In this cache's case, it is true, just beyond the island park lay a dragon. Nice little public park, a pavilion with some benches to sit and eat lunch at, feed the ducks with the crumbs you don't eat. Bring a fishing pole and catch some fish. It is along a network of bicycle paths, so you can ride to or from many locations including other caches just a mile or so away.

The container has been replaced many times, I used to have a pill bottle about 3.5" long and 1" diameter that was fiberglassed to a magnet and attached to the underside of the dragon's mouth. The containers kept getting lost or have the log sheets soaked, so I am changing the way you find this cache.

To register you have found the cache, you need to look inside the mouth of the dragon, look up at the roof of the mouth and there you will see a circle with a letter in it. When you see the letter, and then pet the dragon on the nose, you have found the cache.

Watch out for spiders and other nasties that lurk on the dragon.
