Located at a popular fishing spot in Johnson, Vt.
To get to this cache follow the main trail in to the fishing area. You will know it's the right spot because you will be standing on a section of a large rock. Once past the strip of trees to your left, turn left. the cache is located on the island of trees.
There is no need to go to the edge. Cache is safe distance from any edge. Cache is a 3 terrain, but if you approach from the wrong direction it will be much more difficult.
This is not a night friendly cache. This is not a good winter cache.
I decided to place a cache here after a fairly successful fishing trip. We walked away with 5 nice trout. The largest trout of the day got away. The rainbows have really nice coloring in this river.
The ledges here offer quite a scenic view as well. Enjoy the view, but do so with caution.
