Dropped anchor at one of our favorite places and left our treasure behind. We even left a few crew members in the cache. While here take a walk on the wooden plank (boardwalk) and see what natural treasures we have in this area. Please stay off the sand dunes however. They are very fragile.
This is our first cache hide so any feedback would be appreciated. Turn off Route 3 onto Boulton Road and follow it to the parking area at the end. The cache is a standard ammo can. The original contents are:
-Logbook, pens and pencils
-3 pirate bears
-Flag sticker with 3 swords
-Keychain lantern with Jolly Roger sticker
-Spygass, ring and small boat
-2 wooden pirate figures
-2 eye patches
Enjoy the beach! We saw the most terrific sunset the evening we hid the cache. A treasure we often don't take the time to enjoy.
