Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the Cora Hartshorn Arboretum.

The Cora Hartshorn Arboretum encompasses 16.5 acres in Millburn Township. Arboretum trails pass kettle moraines, hilly slopes and even a natural amphitheater created by the glaciers. The Arboretum presents a remarkable picture of biodiversity, particularly fauna and flora native to New Jersey. In 1958, Miss Cora Hartshorn donated this tract of woodlands along with Stone House to the township in the hopes of building public awareness and respect for nature and the environment. Through her remarkable vision, the Arboretum today boasts one of the state's greatest concentrations of wildflowers, over 150 species, and is home to 45 species of trees, 100 species of birds, rare ferns, and 275-year-old tulip trees.

Parking for this cache is located at N 40 43.519; W 74 19.753. Please obey parking signage. This cache is an ammo box and is loaded with new items including a FTF coin.
The arboretum closes at dusk.
Good luck !
