This is a micro cache, located only a few kilometers from the
center of the Tampere. Depending on the time of year, it may be an
easy one or extremely difficult, or something between them.
Tämä on mikrokätkö vain parin kilometrin
päässä Tampereen keskustasta. Vuodenajasta riippuen
se on joko helppo tai äärimmäisen vaikea. Tai jotain
niiden väliltä.

This is the second part of the S/S Kuru - caches. It is located
near the shipwreck place of the S/S Kuru in year 1929. 138 people
died in the accident and only 22 survived.
When approaching the cache, use common sense. In late winter, you
can get very close to it by car. In spring, you will need a heli-
or hydrocopter, or hovercraft. In summer a boat is the best
choice.

Tämä on toinen S/S Kuru - kätköistä. Sen
on lähellä paikkaa, missä höyrylaiva Kuru
upposi vuonna 1929 vieden mukanaan 138 ihmistä, vain 22
pelastui.
Kun lähestyt kätköä, käytä
maalaisjärkeä. Lopputalvella pääset sen
lähelle autolla, keväällä tarvitset heli- tai
hydrokopterin, tai ilmatyynyaluksen. Kesällä paras
kulkuneuvo on vene.

In order to avoid any possible pandemia with so called "birdflu" it
is recommended that the cache should be searched during winter when
the birds have taken their leave.
- There is no need to touch the ground or bird excreta infested
rocks and stones.

Lasten kanssa lähdettiin makkaralle kahvila Loistoon. Polku Rauhaniemestä oli yllättävän vaikeakulkuinen (ihan pöperöä), joten kuntoilun puolelle tämä ulkoilu meni. Purkki löytyi nopsasti, makkara ja munkit maistuivat. Tuulista oli. Nytkö vasta voi kutsua itseään tositamperelaiseksi, kun on käynyt Siilinkarilla? Kiitos hienosta kätköpaikasta!

Täällä on pitänyt joskus käydä, mutta vasta nyt uuden harrastuksen vuoksi se toteutui. Menomatka oli mukava paluumatka ei. Kovan vastatuulen takia paluumatka oli ainakin puolet pisempi ja kylmempi tai ainakin tuntui siltä. Lokikirja oli tosiaan vähän kostea ja siksi katselinkin toisia mahdollisia piiloja. Sieltähän löytyis vaikka vähän isommallekkin purkille paikka ihan kannen alta.
