The cache is not at the posted coordinates (N 51° 39.035 W 002° 40.251), but its a useful waypoint nonetheless as it is the suggested carpark. An Ordnance Survey map for the suggest parking area is available at this web site, it is a road side spot next to a footpath on Mopla Road.
An offset cache consisting of a camouflaged microcache which contains the detail of a final main cache container. The coordinates you require to locate the micro are hidden somewhere on this cache page.
To solve this cache you will need medium/strong Internet research skills and competence in Windows based operating systems. Here are some clues:
Steganography = The practice of hiding one piece of information inside of another. Tool = A hacktivismo.com project (default passwords) Binary = @ Sourceforge.net. This is a research cache, therefore I will NOT answer any questions on how to obtain the microcache location. Both the micro and main cache are in poor GPS reception areas (WAAS reading of 10 metres) and difficulty rating also reflects this.
