The listed coordinates will take you to the parking lot of the park. You will need to solve the two puzzles to find the cache. The puzzles are independent of each other, so don't solve one and then insert the numbers into the other one. That won't work. One puzzle is for the North coordinates and the other puzzle is for the West coordinates.
With all the new growth, there is a need for some bushwhacking once you get near the cache area. The pictures probably won't help you much anymore, but I'll leave them there for comparison's sake. You're looking for an ammo can at the base of a regrowing bush.
