I Spy With My Little Eye Traditional Geocache

Something that spins around in circles with little horses.  I spy with my Big eye, something that's quite large, red, and almost falling down, yet apparently is a perfect place to kiss. I spy with my itty-bitty eye (what? YOU don't have 3 eyes?), a geocache.

This is located at a well known type of Lancaster County structure that contains a quite oddly placed item.  There's no reason to enter the structure (there's a reason that the opening is blocked off), nor is there a reason to rip anything out.
