trippy1976: The owner has not logged into gc.com since April and Oakland County Parks now has a permit process that must be adhered to.

I will place this on the MiGO rescue mission so someone can rescue it. If the owner resurfaces and would like to retool it within the guidelines of the Oakland County Parks system, they can see the details of those guideslines at:

Geocache Description:

canoe ride to find first clue in dock landing. A quater mile hike through marked trails and very wet terrain to seek final cache.

The entrance to the park is off Joslyn road in Orion township. No power boats only canoe or self powered watercraft. If you love to fish you will not want to miss out. Lake Sixteen is a gem. Bring waterproof boots, pants required, bug spray for those who hate mosquitos.

For those who would rather not canoe or boat, you can locate the cache on the dock from one of three park entrances. Joslyn rd. Clarkston rd. or Baldwin rd. However the hike without the canoe ride is much more extensive. 3-6 miles alltogether. Do or do not there is no try.
