The cache is a small metal container with an attached magnet and
its only content is a logbook.
This cache is a traveling breeder! Please read the instructions
before you seek it out!
The Easy Rider Breeder cache, henceforth ERB, is a traveler. You
are kindly requested to take it with you and rehide it in a place
of your own choice. I only request that you hide it in such a way
that it is easy to access and to find. That is: the terrain
difficulty of your chosen spot should be 1.5 or lower and you
should also include a hint of its whereabouts.
The ERB cache is also a breeder. That means that you must hide a
cache of your own (an offspring cache) in the vicinity, with a
maximum distance from the ERB of 500 meters. This will ensure that
there always will be a cache close by to seek out if the ERB
already has been found and removed. I also ask you to include that
the cache is an offspring to the ERB in the name of your cache.
When you find this cache please do the following:
- Report the ERB as found as soon as possible.
- Create a cache of your own. Name it and add: (ERB offspring
#x) to the name. The x is the offspring number (see the logs to
find which offspring number your cache have).
- Hide the ERB and the offspring cache.
- Edit your found log on this page so that it includes the new
position of the ERB, a hint of how to find it, and
the name of the offspring cache (see logs for examples). Do
not include a hint in your own cache of how to find it,
because that would turn it into a multicache.
- Send me an e-mail
stating that you have rehidden the cache.
- Make sure you don't forget #5!!
All found logs that do not comply with the above rules will be
deleted.
