The difficulty is a 4 for this one because of having to do the others in the series to find the coordinates.
The caches in this series are all placed in small towns. It's my tribute to life in a small, quiet, rural environment where families are important and life is simpler. Ford86 and I had fun visiting the small towns and placing this series. If you have questions or problems, please don't hesitate to contact one of us. The Memorial one went missing a few times and I archived it. The number from that was F=9. I've filled that in above.
