kivimaki: I'm sorry to say I'm not able to replace the Steptoe Butte cache. Being a few thousand miles away prevents me from replacing it. I was only 13 when I created it nearly ten years ago, and it's brought many people to a beautiful and under appreciated area of Washington.
Hopefully someone else will find time to recreate the Steptoe Butte cache. Keep in mind placing caches in Washington State parks requires a permit. They are easy to get: http://www.parks.wa.gov/activities/ at the bottom of the page.
