We discovered this new trail through an article in the Seattle P-I and have been dying to hike it ever since. The trail, history, and scenery was spectacular every step of the way.
This cache is located within 500 feet of the trailhead parking lot. It was placed to give you a starting place for the other four caches. If you go on to find all five of the caches you can expect a seven mile round trip hike which took us about four hours to complete. Even if you don’t feel up to the whole series this cache is almost a drive by that will take you to a little known area of Snohomish county.
