of this cache is taking picture of work in process from the cache

Bratislava is changing her face rapidly, and
despite of controversiality, through its all pros and cons it is
invariable process. One of several big development projects just
started on Danube river enbankment, right under the ancient walls
of castle. A modern, multi-functional center, called River
Park, is set to rise here with idea of connecting city center
with calm waters of Danube.
River Park
developer will spend 120M EUR to offer 178 distinctive luxurious
apartments, 29000m2 of office space, brand stores,
restaurants and a first *****hotel in Bratislava. Estimated
completion date of RP is scheduled to 2009.

Bratislava meni svoju tvar rychlostou
tigra, developerske firmy prichadzaju s mnohymi ohromujucimi
projektami, ktore natrvalo poznacia jej panoramu a hlavne zivot jej
obyvatelov (ci uz pozitivne, alebo naopak). Jednym z
najvyznamnejsich projektov sa tento rok zacal naplnat na dunajskom
nabrezi pod hradnymi murmi. Do roku 2009 tu vyrastie moderne
multifunkcne centrum River Park s ambicou prepojit centrum
mesta s riekou a vytvorit novy priestor pre zabavu a
oddych.
Developer projektu planuje investovat
120M EUR a ponuknut 178 "najlepsich adries" na ploche
45000m2, 29000m2 kancelarii, dalsi priestor
je vyhradeny pre znackove predajne, restauracie a dominantou sa ma
stat prvy *****hotel v Bratislave. Tak sa na to teda pozrime!
Diskusie o novom uzemnom plane Bratislavy patria sice na ine fora,
no aj tu su vitane.
