Blackout Redux Traditional Geocache

This cache is a small cammo container which may not be what you think it is.

The cache was placed to fill a void left in downtown Clinton when the previous "Blackout" cache was removed by someone unknown and subsequently archived because the CO had moved  away from this area.  I felt this was a really nice location and was in need of being re-cached, so I put this one in place.  It should not be too difficult to find, so enjoy the hunt. It is in the area of the front parking lot at Arkansas Telephone Company and place with their permission
