Geocache Description:

The third pond in Oakland

East pond may be the most overlooked in the Belgrade lakes region. It's not really visible from any road and is overshadowed by the larger lakes. It is home to several nice summer camps (Manitou and Matoka) and is a nice quiet area. The landing is small, with area's set aside for parking that are marked with signs. I placed this one a little before the shoreline to keep it away from the private property located next to the landing. Magnetic Nano. I made it a 1.5 because it may be harder for a wheelchair to access it. ***Congrats to Shapoopok for FTF*** I have moved the location because of "swamp creep" This should be better
