How about a post Halloween/pre Thanksgiving picnic, Rain or Shine! From 11:00AM to ??:??

We have reserved the covered picnic area at Los Gatos Creek for the day. All events need an official start time, so lets say 11:00am, but feel free to show up when you can, we'll be here all day. Parking is 5$ to park right next to the covered area, but there is some streetside parking, I think. There will be a BBQ available for grilling (we will provide the charcoal, condiments, paper plates, utensils, the usual picnic stuff). Just bring something to grill, something to share and something to drink. If you don't feel like a BBQ, drop in and say hi anyway. We have the picnic area all day.
Ham radio operators: Talk in at: 147.39+ PL151.4 Hz. This is the WVARA 2 meter repeater on top of Good Sam, which is about .5 miles from the park. Heck, if you work me (KI6AZF) while I'm at the event, you can claim a find even if you can't attend.
Got one of these End Station geocoins yet? If not, it's easy to do. All you need to do is complete the VTA Light Rail series. Just start at Diridon Station and follow the stations all the way to the picnic. An experienced cacher could probably do all of the stations in an hour (not counting the End Station puzzle cache, which adds another 10 or 15 minutes).
