Snoogandipity: 1. Actually sighting Snoogans while engaged in geocaching activities, or otherwise out in public.
2. A traveling geocaching event that seems to happen whenever Snoogans is far from home and able to plan in advance. Previous editions: Washington DC, Florida, & Wisconsin. Future editions: Michigan, Massachusetts, New York, United Kingdom, & Saudi Arabia/Bahrain.
3. A prime opportunity to trade sig items and launder trackables to assure them a lot of miles.
I generally like to sample the local caching community and trade signature items and trackables when I spend more than a day or two in someplace new, so come on out to the Golden Corral, in Bolingbrook, near one of the coolest streets the Snoog has ever seen on a map, Lily Cache Lane. Show up around 7:30am to 9:30am-ish, sign my event log book, and grab one of my signature smashed coins along with an event smiley for your effort.

I'm guessing the event could linger on awhile if a decent crowd shows up. That is usually what happens in my experience no matter how many attend. Geocachers like to gab in the company of folks that don't get that "Hey, you been eating donuts, 'cuz your eyes sure look glazed" expression when the subject of discussion is geocaching.

GRATUITY: With the local Geocachers holding events here, it has been past custom at this location to ensure that the wait-staff are compensated. A practice with which I whole heartedly agree. We ask that each adult attending drop $1 in a tip bucket to be given to our servers which will be located at the sign-in table.
