NavySparksandtheMrs: This was a neat cache (if I don't mind saying so myself) while it lasted. It even was featured in the San Francisco Chronicle a short time ago.

Sadly it seems the city has cleaned up the immediate area taking the ammo box and what hid it with them. (Not the first time the city of San Carlos has muggled my caches!!!! Grrrrrr!)

I have decided to archive the cache and hope someone else will find a place to hide a large cache in this area of the park.

It was fun while it lasted.

Geocache Description:

On the side of a hill overlooking the park with some nice views.

This cache is my very first one and includes a Travel Bug. I also put in a number of other goodies that I hope you all enjoy finding. One of which is a disposable camera for you to use. I tried hard to make this a neat cache. Arguello Park is located just off the main drag of San Carlos Avenue. The GPS signal is good in the area of the cache, which is an ammo box. There are some nice views from Arguello Park along the hiking trails. There is a parking lot and areas for BBQ's, a Soccer Field, Tennis Courts and Restrooms. I was on the trails for over an hour or more during a weekday and did not see one Muggle. Please take care to rehide so that it is out of sight to Muggles.
