This event will be held at Triangle park from 12:00pm to ?. We have reserved the whole park and campground there is no water or electric but there is a ton of areas for tents on the grass and plenty of room for RV's. Monetary donations for camping would be nice so we can do this again next year if it goes well. Gate code is Now 2600 I will post a note at gate as someone damaged the key code pad.

Park will be open at sunrise on the 13th and will be opened for us to use until 12:00pm on the 14th. Gate code is LUAU
If anyone would like to camp on Friday they can do so at the campground in Montour that is not far from the LUAU
We have some lawn chairs and picnic tables with benches but if you have room it may be a good idea to bring your own chairs.
10:00am
1.Decorate and set up.
12:00pm Event starts.
1.kids get a free grab bag.
2.Jump House will open.
3.Coin Store will be open and LUAU event coins are $8.50 each or 5 for $40.00. Grab bags with atleast 1 trackable coin and other swag are availible for $10.00 each.
4.Discovery Center for Trackables will be open.
5.Volleyball and Horse shoes. Still need Horse shoes?
6.Mega coin raffle begins and for every trackable Geocoin you donate to the raffle you will recieve 2 raffle tickets or each Person can donate only one non trackable coin to the raffle and recieve 1 ticket for a chance to win.
There will be 3 tickets drawn and the first one will recieve 20% of the coins in the raffle and then the second will recieve 30% of the coins in the raffle and the final name drawn will recieve the remainder of the Geocoins that will be 50% of the pot. The only way to get a ticket for this raffle is to donate coins to the raffle and recieve your tickets for a chance to win several Geocoins.

1.Food will be served. With monetary donations requested Only one drink with meal. My help with BBQ can not make it so I now need help with cooking?

1.Geocoin Trading will be availible if any geocachers would like to bring and trade some of your geocoins. So bring your old geocoins that you do not want or bring the ones you have 2 of.
3:00pm
1.Silent auction begins for Geocoins and other items.
5:00pm
1.Silent auction ends.
2. Dutch oven event begins. We will have our dutch oven cook off with 2 Prizes.
1 prize for best food item and 1 for best desert.
We still need people to join this???
We will also cook extra food if there is not enough dutch oven cooking so there will plenty for everyone for dinner.
6:00pm
1.Mega coin raffle ends and winners will be drawn.
2.Kids Raffle. all kids that attend will win.
6:30pm
1.Adult raffle begins. To get a raffle ticket for this you must donate an item for raffle. such as Geocoins or Ect.
7:00pm
1.Luau best dressed Hawaiin Man, Woman, Boy and girl contest and 4 First annual pig trophy's will be awarded.
2.We will also award the 2 prizes for the dutch oven event.
8:00pm
clean up and start the fires so we can all sit down and relax please fill free to set up your camp and stay the night. Donations for camping would be apriciated.
