Geocache Description:

About this Preserve
508 Acres | 5.4 Miles of Trails

Coal Creek Preserve is an ideal place for a quick afternoon outing. Several trails can be combined to create a pleasant two- or three-mile loop and views of the San Francisco Bay Area can be seen from the open grassland ridges. The preserve’s five miles of trails provide important trail connections between Skyline Boulevard and Alpine Road for hikers, bicyclists, and equestrians. Visit the preserve page for detailed information about preserve use, accessibility, and amenities.
