Geocache Description:

This cache is located along the Lifecourse exercise path behind Delaware Technical and Community College. Unfortunately the course is not well maintained. However it has been intended for all ages, to keep their "heart" healthy. The path looks like it can get well flooded if it rains. Our co-ords bounced all over the place. The cover isn't too bad yet, but we're sure it will be. We'll give you the clues to get you to the cache and then email us with the co-ords you get. we were out here for an hour trying to get it settled.
First, follow the course to stop 7 and 8. Then, look for the backwards lowercase "h". You don't have to cross the creek to get to this cache.

***To get full credit for this cache, you must also log your favorite song that has something to do with the "heart". Just something fun.***
