*****UPDATE****** Just another cache in a "strange" part of the
city.
A huge 6 story banner of Independance Hall formely hung on the
building behind Ground Zero to the left. The banner was visable
from 95 and with the cobblestone streets this was a cool spot for a
cache. The huge banner is now gone, so the cache is almost
pointless. My choice was to arcive it or keep it going in this
weird section of the city. It's there if you want it. A smilie is a
smilie.
