This cache has been archived.

Moun10Bike: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us, and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Cache is at the listed coordinates. Park at N 45° 35.219 W 122° 17.381 for a nice walk and to understand the naming of the cache. You can park closer but I’m not giving you those coords…

Update 1/21/04: This cache formerly had a number on it that was to be used for a later cache I was planning...that plan has long since fallen by the wayside.

Cache is located in Colman Park where the southern most section of Lake Washington Blvd meets Lakeside Drive. From the provided parking coordinates the cache is located at the end of a nice walk through nice park which sort of showcases some old bridges. The first bridge is in my opinion the coolest one of the bunch.

Point of interest – Sign @ N47 35.161’ W122 17.269 describes the Forest Community in this park. The cache is a red bison container.

Terrain is a nice path but walking back to preferred parking is all uphill hence the 2 star rating. Hide could lean towards being kinda hard if not for the clues but if I can walk my out-of-shape butt out of there I think that most cachers should be able to. I don’t want this to be an insanely tough find so the hints are pretty clear. I just wanted to get people into this park to enjoy it so I hid something small almost within arm’s length from the trail. I have double and triple checked the coords on different days and times and they seem to be quite accurate.
