This cache is located in Felicity
Park, another one of Saint Cloud's hidden gems on the Sauk
River.
You can park on CR134, east of Hiway 15 and very near Stage 1.
There is just enough room for a couple of vehicles on the side of
the road. You are looking for a container filled with CITO bags and
the coordinates to the final cache location. Additional directions:
