Saltdean Seekers: It has been almost a year since this cache was last found, and with two DNF during the year, we decided to investigate.

It took half an hour to find the cache, which was well hidden in the briar and had 'wandered' from its original location. It contained a good half pint of water!

The secondary nano cache was missing.

Sadly we decided that it was time to retrieve the cache and archive it. All is not lost, as it will not take too much effort to re-establish this cache in a different location.

Geocache Description:

This is a fun cache for all those who love (and hate!) searching for micro-caches.

We hope that you may be able to tell from the title that this is a bit of a tongue-in-cheek joke for our fellow cachers to enjoy. But you should be warned that this cache is only for those with patience and a sense of humour! It is NOT intended to be a cache 'n dash.

We make no secret of the fact that we hate searching for micro-caches, especially those hidden in undergrowth. (Aren't they all?) We are sure you won't take long to find this, at this carefully chosen location.

So this is for all those who have inflicted such pain on us and others, and of course, anyone else who likes a challenge...

You can park your car at the top of Bishopstone Drive, in Saltdean, and walk across the fields. (A bit muddy in winter.)

Please do not put any hints in your logs as to the nature of the cache or the joke, however subtle. Thanks!
