Podle informaci na strankach Pacifikem.cz se prvni zminka o tomto rybniku datuje z roku 1525. Na uvedene strance muzete take nalezt vice informaci o Svarove a jeho okoli.
Jde o nasi prvni cache na oblibenem miste Sobiskova mladi. :) Pred cca ctvrt stoletim u tohoto rybnika s kamarady travili vikendy a prazdniny, vetsina z nich se v nem naucila plavat. Bylo to centrum deni, lide se sjizdeli z daleka.
Dnes je vsechno trochu jinak, voda je zakalena a jiz pri prvnim pohledu kazdeho prejde chut si jen smocit nohy. Rybnik byl chovny i drive, coz si dobre pamatujeme, protoze kdyz se o plavajiciho otre ryba uprosted rybnika, je to dost zvlastni pocit. Asi se moderni ryby chovaji jinym zpusobem, anebo je snahou kapry pri jejich rustu pro vanocni stul nijak nerusit.
I dnes je to ale prijemne misto, Svarovsky rybnik stale nabizi nadherne pohledy, zejmena v podvecer, kdy vsude kolem panuje naprosty klid, hladinu ceri jen par kachnicek a obcas je mozne zahlednout pohyb ryb pod hladinou.
Breh rybnika ze strany od vlakove zastavky muze byt i vhodnym mistem pro poledni piknik pri vyletu pesky nebo na kole po kolem vedouci modre znacce.
Cache je mensi vodotesna krabicka o objemu cca 1 litr, tedy na rozhrani mezi velikosti Small a Regular. Pri prechazeni nedaleke zeleznicni trati budte opatrni - vyberte si k tomu vhodne misto. Skrys se nachazi v bezpecne vzdalenosti od koleji (smerem k rybniku), nemusite tedy vstupovat na koleje, i kdyby vas tam hnala sipka. Prejeme hodne stesti pri hledani a dobrou pohodu!
The first mention of this pond comes from year 1525.
This is our first cache, placed on a favorite place of Sobisek's childhood. ;) They used to spent weekends and vacations here with their friends, many of them learned to swim here.
Everything is a little bit different today. The water is muddy and you will not be attracted to put even your feet in it. This has always been a breed pond - it is a strange feeling if a fish touches you while swimming. Either the breeding procedures are different today or the carps do not want to be disturbed anymore while growing for the Christmas table.
It is still an enjoyable place, though. Svarov pond offers nice views, especially in the evening when everything is quiet, with only a few ducks rippling the surface and fish moving below.
This side of the pond (close to a train stop) may also be a nice midday-picnic spot while hiking or cycling along the blue touristic trail.
The cache itself is a water-proof box, about 1 liter of volume - therefore, its size rates somewhere between Small and Regular. Be careful when crossing the nearby railroad - find a safe way across. The cache is placed in a safe distance from the rails (on the same side as the pond). We wish you a good luck and fun!
