Max Cacher: Greetings from Geocaching.com

We take all Should Be Archive notes very seriously
It looks like your cache has been under the weather for some time. While we feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. So that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if you haven’t done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

If you are in the process of replacing or repairing your cache please e-mail me in response to this archival, and I will unarchive your cache.

Notice the last time you were on the site was back in Feb.

I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running in the future.

Geocache Description:

The GeoCache is placed on the slopes of White Oak Mountain near one of the best views in all of Arkansas. The cache should be easy to find although it can only be approached via a gravel road; however, you'll be rewarded by an awesome view of the Arkansas river valley--go on a clear day!

This GeoCache--a large ammo canister--should be easy to find as it is only about 100 feet off the road and lies in open woods. We weren't really prepared to leave a GeoCache here but when we found this spot on a Sunday drive through the woods we just couldn't pass it up. Wow what a view!!

Inside you'll find a few items we found scattered about in our car and a log book and pencil. We'll add a few more items this summer--but the view alone is worth the drive.

P.S. You might also note the flowers and cross on the south side of the road suggesting that perhaps a car took an unfortunate plunge over the side.
