Geocache Description:

This is a replacement cache for the original GCH4Y8 When The Wind Blows by 5 Balls & Tammy. The second cache I ever found, it was later trashed and subsequently archived towards the end of 2004. I always remembered the interesting location and all-round views from the cache site and thought it would be fitting to provide a new one.Now adopted by robofish1959

The cache is located on top of Mellor Moor Hill and is just a short, steepish walk from suitable on-road parking. The name reflects the fact that the cache is located at a disused underground nuclear monitoring post. This post was constructed in 1959 and was intended to be used by members of the Royal Observer Corps in the event of a nuclear war. It was designed to 'sleep' 3 people for a period of up to 2 weeks. The post was closed and sealed in 1968.

You are looking for an official Geocaching micro capsule. Good luck!
