The "Park" in Parkway Traditional Cache

Cache is hidden by the Grand Central Parkway. Cache is not accessible from the highway, it can be reached from the Ditmars Blvd side. Parking is available on 94th and 95th street, but not on Ditmars Blvd itself. Use some stealth, as this area tends to be a rest stop for taxis.
This cache resides in little piece of landscaped scenery designed to add some green to the Grand Central Parkway. I always see this area while driving on the GCP and have wondered if there was a specific purpose for it(park, memorial, etc.) I couldn't find any details about it, no signs of any sort, so I guess its just there for aesthetic value. So I decided why not spice up the area a bit with a cache! Could get a little muddy during rainy days, but other than that, enjoy!
NOTE TO FUTURE CACHERS!
Since May 2009, there has been a homeless man residing in the GZ for this cache. Please be careful and try to avoid him, and just in case, do not try this cache at night or alone if possible. I tried talking to him, but he ignored me, so I think he rather just be left alone. If he causes a major problem, I will archive this cache. Thank you
