A cache is placed at the north west corner of the Yodoyabashi Bridge --- one of the busiest bridges in Osaka.
There are a lot of muggles going through here.
No wonder! You see Nippon Ginko, the central bank of Japan across the street to the north. And Osaka City Hall is right across the Mido-suiji, the widest avenue in Osaka.
You should stand still at a spot from where you can see beautiful buildings of both to find the cache
