This cache is located within the beautiful Richmond Beach Saltwater Park. Parking is good and the terrain is level, however the walk is approximately 1/5 of a mile each way.
This cache is located at the end of the Ricmond Beach Lookout trail. It has fantastic views of the Sound, mountains, beach and train tracks. It is really one of the most scenic areas in the Shoreline/Richmond Beach area. During the summer they have music concerts at the beach and you can stand up at the lookout and hear the songs perfectly! The lookout is easily 300 feet above the water.
Be sure you only attempt this one during daylight hours as the park closes at dusk. The trail is extremely well maintained and is level -- a great short walk. You will find a nice little pot of gold as your reward!! Don't fall into the bushes!!!
