One of six excellent areas to view Whale Rock Reservoir. I like this one best because on a clear day, it appears the ocean comes right up to the edge of the lake. Also a great spot to practice taking photo dioramas.
It's a popular parking area so watch for muggles showing up without reservations. Please rehide it well and CITO
