This is another Leap Year 2012 cache. Down Below the Foster Cemetery that is at the top of hill lies the cache area. The towering trees along the river bank gives you a sense of the history in this conservation area. There is a narrow trail that will bring you down below the cemetery to the flats along the river. The cache is rated at a higher difficulty for the distance and the ascents and descents you will make to get to the goods.
