"May the 4th Be With You"
Star Wars Day is an unofficial secular holiday in May which celebrates the Star Wars franchise created by George Lucas. It's celebrated on this day in particular because saying "May the 4th Be With You" sounds very similar to the classic line in Star Wars, "May the Force Be With You".
This year's "May the 4th" Northeast Nebraska event is actually being held on Saturday, May 7th to allow more people to attend and spend the day caching in the area! Yes, there will be NEW CACHES!
To help celebrate this World Wide Multi Event, a unique Northeast Nebraska "Heartland Hero" Edition of the Jedi Signal geocoin has been minted! This coin is VERY limited with only 35 having been produced. They will be available on a first come, first served basis.
This event will run from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (but may run longer!) and take place at "Culver's" in Norfolk
Culver's has many great food items, but no purchase is required to join in the fun.
Please try to let us know in advance if you plan to be there by posting a "Will Attend" so we can plan accordingly.
Come dressed in Star Wars Costume and you may just win yourself a prize!
