I was visiting the nearby facility for some testing and got into a conversation about geocaching. A couple of the employees sounded interested. I knew there were some caches close, but couldn't remember exactly where they were. It's a close fit, but now I can go back and tell them "yeah, you've got one right in your parking lot". This definitely a park and grab, but the muggle factor can be very high. Great stealth is needed. Only reason it would not be wheel chair accessible is parked cars.
