Park and grab from the parking lot across Pacific Coast Highway from the Seabee shooting range. If you hear gunfire don't panic.
Cache is located at the start of the Chumash trail. It is visible and reachable from the side trail not necessarily in the same place.

Watch out for snakes and other critters.

Bumped up difficulty rating to 2.5 based on comments.

Right at GZ and still no luck. found Chupy 7 and Sea Bees on the trail so it was all worth it =) Good Luck

Found this one without too many injuries. Waited out a muggle. Was very worried after seeing the sign in the parking lot. Thankfully, GZ was within sight of the car. Didn't find any TBs. SL TFTH
