Finally made it up to get this cache. I still would like to follow the trail into Alabama.

What a beutiful day for hiking and geocaching! Parked near the northern trailhead and made the hike in about a mile in length...saw a couple of fox squirrels and rabbits...found the mailbox easily, the actual cache took some doing...but then there she was! Contents were damp, so I let everything air out for about 15 minutes. Thanks for the hide!

Found the cache. The contents were a little damp, but not in terrible condition. Saw a deer and a copperhead (snake). TNLNSL. thanks.

Well....we found the cache, though we did not find the trail until we found the cache. We looked and looked for the trail crossing the road, but were just plain blind, I guess. We thought we were in for a hike, but after maneuvering down numerous forestry roads, we drove up to within feet of the cache. Then we found the trail markers. Obviously, we never found the mailbox. Took a coin and left a toy car. TFTC.
