This geocache is hidden at one of the entrances of Letrasi Vizes cave in the Bükk mountains.
The mountains of Bükk are the most beautiful mountains in Hungary. It is also full of caves. Well, not exactly the Mammoth cave system, but nice ones anyway. This geocache is hidden at one of the entrances of Letrasi Vizes cave (the wet cave of Letras), where a creek disappears under a rock (small creek, small rock, but ours). The cave itself can be visited only with experienced cave-explorers and with suitable gear, which is also emphasized by iron doors. (Another entrance can be found at N 48°06.105' E020°34.867')
The cave itself is part of a system of five caves the last one being Istvan cave at Lillafured. (This one is open to the public but in my opinion not worth the visit). The connection between the caves has been proven by painting the water.
The geocache itself is beside the pine forrest. Look for a beech in front of some fallen pine trees, the box will be there well covered by fallen leaves.
