I have a cache a little further up 276 called Tightrope To Crap. Cachers seem to have enjoyed the physical challenge so I thought another similar cache would be good.
It took me three tightropes to place this cache -- a rock tightrope followed by two wooden tightropes. Unfortunately, over the years the tightropes have disappeared. So just figure out how to get from your car to the cache. Please be careful as there is the very real possibility of injury to body and/or ego. 
Assuming you successfully conquer the water you will be looking for a small Lock&Lock. Enjoy!
