This cache is to highlight what the Post-Gazette described as "one of the sweetest pieces of public art." http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/06359/748913-42.stm
Listing this as a 1/1 is probably overestimating its difficulty. HOWEVER stealth will be critical in finding and replacing the cache. Please take care to replace things exactly as you found them. On the upside, there are over a dozen pieces of art, monuments and statues in the area to keep your senses occupied while you wait for your moment to strike.
This particular piece is 8' by 6' so you should have no trouble finding it. Long-time residents may remember its visit to Market Square. Now it is back on the North Side with plans for a restoration and a move back to its original, more prominent location (I will update the coordinates if and when this occurs).
Re-placed 9/13/2007.
Despite helpful advice, I have decided not to go with an offset or virtual. Instead I have moved the cache off of the sculpture in question but still very close by. Your stealth will again be required and much appreciated. Rest assured that you need not interact too closely with the "residents'" belongings to locate this one. I did downsize the cache so only very small trades will work.
