Strange things have been happening around Almere-Buiten. First, sightings of monsters and ghosts have been reported in the Meridiaan park (if you want to go find them, check out this multi cache).
Now, it looks like we also have a witch living in the area. If you go at night, you may be able to find her ouija she uses to summon spirits. Are you brave enough to speak with the dead?
What is Ouija?
Also known as a spirit board or talking board, ouija is a flat board marked with the letters of the alphabet, the numbers 0–9, the words "yes", "no", occasionally "hello" and "goodbye", along with various symbols and graphics. It uses a planchette (small heart-shaped piece of wood or plastic) as a movable indicator to spell out messages during a séance. Participants place their fingers on the planchette, and it is moved about the board to spell out words. It is also possible to use a pendulum or any other object. Spiritualists believed that the dead were able to contact the living and reportedly used a talking board very similar to a modern Ouija board at their camps in Ohio in 1886 to ostensibly enable faster communication with spirits.
To solve this puzzle cache, you will need to locate the ouija and ask the spirit its name and age.
This is a simple puzzle cache, which is designed to be solved at night. I do not recommend going for this cache during the day, because the experience of dark woods and lights in the dark is what makes a half of this cache ;)
UV light is necessary to solve the puzzle, a regular flashlight is needed to be able to walk in the area safely.
TIP! If you want to find the cache easier, start your search at N 52° 24.883' E 5° 15.567', where you will find a tree with three reflectors on it. Follow them to the left into the woods. They mark the beggining of a path of reflectors that will lead you to the cache.
